š Rathore Royal Estate, Udaipur ā The Devilās Court
āYouāve lost your mind, Maa.ā
Aarav Rathore didnāt even glance up from his encrypted tablet.
Across from him sat Rajeshwari Rathore, Indiaās former queen of politics, wrapped in a simple ivory saree with pearls that held centuries of power.
āIshita Sharma is not just a doctor. Sheās a sign. A divine answer to this generationās war between dharma and dominance.ā
āSheās a glorified healer.ā
āSheās a warrior with a white coat. And you're a king with blood on your hands. You both balance each other, Aarav.ā
š Ishitaās World ā An Ashram Above the Noise
Ishita stood barefoot on the stone floors of a peaceful ashram in Rishikesh, surrounded by incense smoke and women singing healing chants.
Beside her, Dr. Meera Sharma, her adoptive mother and head of the all-women healing ashram, stirred Ayurvedic herbs into a golden mix.
āThey sent another rishta?ā Ishita asked quietly, not looking up from the scroll in her lap.
āYes. From Rajeshwari Rathore, no less.ā Meeraās tone was calm, steady, like the Himalayas around them.
āI am not a chess piece, Maa.ā
āYou're not. But karma sometimes knocks in strange disguises.ā
š An Unexpected Visit ā The Matriarch Arrives
In the sacred meditation hall, Guru Vaidya Ishwaranandāthe man who raised Ishita in mind, body, and soulāpoured two cups of tulsi tea as Rajeshwari Rathore arrived in silence.
āShe won't say yes,ā he said to the former CM.
Rajeshwari raised an eyebrow. āThen I will ask her soul, not her mouth.ā
From the shadowed corridor, Dr. Kabir Sharma, Ishitaās reserved but sharp cousin, watched protectively. He didnāt trust politicians. Especially ones with palaces.
š Garden of Fire ā When Queens Meet
Ishita, in a beige cotton kurti and bare feet, faced Rajeshwari Rathore, who sat like a queen reborn among blooming marigolds.
āYou want me to marry the Devil King?ā
āI want you to challenge him.ā
āHe rules through fear.ā
āAnd you rule through faith. Together, youāll either destroy each otherāor heal the world.ā
Ishitaās eyes didnāt blink.
āAnd if I refuse?ā
Rajeshwari smiled softly.
āThen destiny will come back⦠louder.ā
š That Night ā A Storm, A Prayer
Ishita sat before her small temple, next to the photo of her birth parents she had never known. Dr. Meera stood behind her silently, while Guruji lit a diya and whispered:
āSometimes, itās not about choosing the path⦠Itās about recognizing when the path has chosen you.ā
Outside, thunder cracked across the sky. The blood moon shone red.
Far away in Udaipur, Aarav Rathore looked up at the same moon and said coldly:
āSo the Medical Goddess thinks she can say no to meā¦ā
He smirked.
āLetās see how long that lasts.ā
